  • From the home page, select the LOG On link located on the top right hand side of the page.
  • The screen below will appear. Enter your username and password and click log on.

Online Booking Help Guide - Registering

  • To register, click register located on the top right hand side of the page. The following screen will then appear.

User Name: This can be any username of your choice.

Email address: Please enter a current email address that you check on a regular basis.

Membership Card Number:

For public members this is your membership card number, which is located on the back of your SportsDock membership card. If you cannot register with your membership card number and you have previously replaced your membership card, please contact SportsDock reception.

Security Answer: The security answer is case sensitive and is required if you forget your password.

  • Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that you must click to activate the account. Once you have done this and created a password, you will be able to log on with these details and make a booking.

SportsDock members can book an activity or a class up to 14 days in advance, non-members can book up to 7 days in advance.

  • To make a booking, click either Activities or Classes on the top left hand side of the page.
  • Select which activity that you want to book.
  • Select the date of the activity that you require.
  • Now select the time that you want to book. (The 'from' and 'to' fields will automatically be filled with the available times that the activity can be booked.
  • Press search
  • Click on your chosen activity and add to your basket.
  • Confirm that you accept the terms & conditions
  • Confirm your booking by clicking on 'confirm bookings'.
  • The final screen will show your order confirmation. This page will allow you to print out your receipt. You will also receive a confirmation email of your booking.

Online Booking Help Guide - Cancelling a Booking

Activities cannot be cancelled but can be moved for members only (minimum 48 hours notice) by contacting SportsDock Reception on 020 8223 6888.

Non-members cannot cancel or move their activity booking.

Only £0.00 priced online pre-booked Studio classes can be cancelled online. To cancel a pre-booked class you must:

  • Log on and select the Account History tab along the top of the home page to view your booking history.
  • Use the tabs and dropdown list to locate the class you wish to cancel.
  • Click the delete icon next to the class name to cancel your booking.
  • Your booking will be instantly removed from your booking history.

Online Booking Help Guide - Exercise Class bookings

For exercise class bookings, it is necessary to check in at SportsDock Reception on arrival to each class.

The following exercise classes take place within the Fitness Centre:

  • Ab Blast, Kettlebell Workout, Military Circuits, Box Circuit.
  • Please note that although these classes are free to book on to, the following charges will apply on attending the classes.
